Consisting of the teachers at Luther College, Luther Seminary, Lutheran Normal Schools (Sioux Falls), Luther Academy (Albert Lea), Bode Academy (Bode, Iowa), Bruflat Academy (Portland, N.D.), plus representatives from the Synod board and clergy.
