Krag (pgs. 1-4), My Last Christmas in Eidsvold, Norway, 1854 (pgs. 5-8), Emigrant Memories: A Voyage to America in 1855(pgs. 9-12). Ship William Tell sailing for Quebec, Some Reminiscences from Muskego [Racine County, Wisconsin] (pgs. 13-14), A Journey to Minnesota in 1856: The Founding of the Kristiania Settlement [Christiania, Eureka township, Dakota county, Minnesota] (pgs. 15-23). Includes comments on covered wagon caravan and families (Petter Hendriksen Ruh and family from Eidsvold, Johan Loe and family from Ringsaker, Johannes Thorbjornson Leine from Wisconsin, the brothers Ole and Stefan Thoreson from Hadeland, Christian Husevohn and family, plus Lars Johnson and family from Telemark), From the Pioneer Days in Minnesota (pgs. 24-27).
