Original letters owned by Delores Yoakum, Chadron, Nebraska. Letters translated by Roesella Goettelman, Decorah, Iowa. Garth Ulrich provided annotations to the translations. Letters written from Nonpareil, Nebraska and Washington Prairie (Decorah, Iowa ?)
