Celebrating a Century of History

The Norwegian American Historical Association was founded Oct. 6, 1925, in the wake of the Norse-American Centennial. We’re marking our centennial in 2025 and you’re invited!

One of our largests endeavors this year will be co-hosting Crossings and Connections, an international conference exploring the causes and effects of Norwegian migration. While on campus this summer, check out our centennial exhibit highlighting the depth and breadth of the NAHA archival collections.

Whether you live across town or across the globe, we hope you will help us celebrate NAHA’s first century.
